Data collected

When you use the quote request form, we collect the information you enter: type and date of the event, number of guests, venue, format, indicative budget, diets or allergies, message, name, company, email address and phone number.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your request and prepare a quote. The processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Requests are delivered to Papilla by Notaro through our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. (USA), which handles the technical processing of forms. Netlify acts as a processor under appropriate data-transfer safeguards. No data is sold or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your project, then for a maximum of three years after the last contact, unless a longer legal retention applies (for instance to accounting records).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to info@papilla.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD), 15, boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux.
